1. General Policy
Refunds are only applicable if cancellation is made by the Client in accordance with Section 3 of our Terms & Conditions.
All refunds will be returned to the same payment method used at the time of booking. Refund processing time may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.
2. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please:
Send an email including your full name, booking number, trek date, and reason for cancellation.
Our team will review and confirm within 3–5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be initiated via Xendit.
The Client will receive the funds according to the timeline of the respective payment channel or bank.
3. Partial Refunds
For certain payment methods (such as PayLater), partial refunds may be possible, provided the total refund does not exceed the original transaction amount.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
Cancellation is made within 7 days before the trek (unless due to valid force majeure).
The Client does not show up on the scheduled trek date without prior notice.
5. Policy Updates
This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
