Terms & Conditions

1. Parties
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to services provided by Rinjani Trekking Group (“Provider”) to clients/customers (“Client”).

2. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are confirmed at the time of booking and exclude additional costs (e.g., rental gear, extra transportation, or personal expenses).

  • Payment must be completed via Credit Card following the instructions provided.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation by Client:

    • 14 days or more before trek: 100% refund (minus administrative fees).

    • 7–13 days before trek: 50% refund.

    • 6 days or less before trek: no refund, except in the case of valid force majeure events.

  • Refunds will be processed through Xendit and returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment channel and bank, and cannot be guaranteed as immediate.

4. Force Majeure
Force majeure includes but is not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or extreme safety concerns. In such cases, both parties may agree to reschedule the trek (at no extra charge) or arrange a partial refund.

5. Provider Responsibilities

  • To provide licensed guides, porters, accommodation, and transportation as described in the chosen package.

  • The Provider is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses caused by the Client’s negligence. Liability applies only where negligence is proven on the part of the Provider.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • To follow the instructions of guides, ensure sufficient physical condition for trekking, and comply with safety measures.

  • To take care of personal belongings. The Provider is not responsible for personal items unless damage or loss is caused by Provider negligence.

7. Amendments to Terms
Rinjani Trekking Group may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website and becomes effective immediately upon publication.

8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Indonesian law. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably; if unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration under Indonesian jurisdiction.
